After that we had lunch, and was told that we didn't need to necessarily attend the evening bowling session, which I was terribly excited about!! Yayyyy!! I can finally venture out in the city hee hee.

We went back to the hotel, showered hastily and I was off on my own. Took a cab, told them I wanna go to Nanjing Lu and that's time/money/effort well spent.

Nanjing Lu is a reminiscent of Orchard Road in Singapore. The whole stretch of road dedicated to extort some RMBs outta your wallet. The shopping scene is gempak la, some stocks rare brands and names in their malls, but I'm not that much of a shopaholic to be giving reviews. And anyway, as was mentioned before, it's overpriced in China, so what's the point. I know we get to claim VAT and all, but it's still considered overpriced to me. But anywayyy, bila lagi nak datang Shanghai kan. So I still shop anyway hehe :p

"Bile nak blah ni weyyy?? Sudah2 la tu karaoke wehhh"

There were just too many prize-giving, karaoke-ing, hand-shaking, pleasantries-exchanging, body-squeezing to be mentioned here. But it was mostly a very weird night, one to be remembered. Cheers!
